Can you offer white label service and put my brand name (logo) on the vending machines?
Yes, we are capable of providing various kinds of customization services. ODM project is with no MOQ and OEM services with MOQ of 10 PCS.
What about the lead time for mass productions?
The lead time depend on your order, and basically the production lead time is two weeks. Before delivery, we will test and assure your vending machines’ quality.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, we provide one-year warranty for all vending machines and a lifetime technical assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Credit Card, Western Union,Paypal, Escrow, alibaba.com Pay, Alipay, and etc.. And we accept order to be paid with most currencies.
How will you deliver goods?
We ship by sea and it takes around 25-45 days to arrive at your place. And we also can offer competitive express prices if you want to deliver with our DHL/ FeDex account and the transportation time is around 3-5 days.
